Cyfurrel (1360-1400,40)
Father: Drannal Mother: N/A
Son of Drannal.
Cyfurrel is born to Drannal in Faymel.
Myron II takes Cyfurrel as a ward.
Army II is placed under command of Cyfurrel and sent to camp south of the South Wood River Basin.
Coinciding with Trahbeck's harvest festival, Cyfurrel leads Army II south into Trahbeck.
Cyfurrel and Army II faces no opposition by the initial minor lords encountered in Trahbeck.
Small skirmishes in the Trahbeck woods delay Army II's advance but Cyfurrel's numbers and the troops' experience prove too strong for the Trahbeck opposition. Trahbeck collapses when several powerful southern Trahbeck lords present their swords and services to Myron II via Cyfurrel in surrender even before Cyfurrel and Army II reach their lands.
Myron II marries Cyfurrel and Delsa.
Cyfurrel travels to the Enhold Mountains from his Army II headquarters in Trahbeck to meet up with his soldiers in the Vesop Woods.
Recognizing the situation as dire, Cyfurrel pulls his men out of the Vesop Woods to avoid the guerrilla fighting against the hardened woodsmen of Rupert. Army II fortifies camps along the southern edge of the Vesop Woods.
Myron III sends the reinforced Army II into Enhold under his brother Frundhul's command, displacing Cyfurrel from command.
Myron III appoints Cyfurrel as Overseer of Trefel to keep tabs on Leopuld and act as a limited Census Overseer. Leopuld also agrees to pay 2.5 tons of gold to the Myron Empire and send 10,000 soldiers for imperial service by the end of the year.
Frundhul displaces Cyfurrel with Rey II as overseer of Trefel and assigns Drenundson as commander in the East, to handle the affairs of the empire east of the Nazreth Valley. Frundhul hopes the shared responsibilities of watching over the empire will not provoke others to think he is trying to steal Myron IV's rule.
Rey II exiles Damien from Trefel, Cyfurrel travels abroad with him.
Damien and Cyfurrel raise an army of Merrod mercenaries and Egumen north of the Ansel Valley. 500-600 Men of Egu and 3000 Merrod footmen.
Cyfurrel, son of Cyfurrel, takes command of the army left behind by Damien at Damien's Wait, using the name Cyfurrel the Younger and marches toward the Imperial Seat, through Trefel. The elder Cyfurrel travels ahead to help Damien find sanctuary in Trefel.
Cyfurrel leads a larger force than his son's consisting of around 4,000 men against an army of nearly 6,000 troops consisting of mostly Durnhall men but also some Enhold natives and even a number of troops displaced from the Mercer region. Cyfurrel is killed in the fighting.
