Region
Trahbeck (NA - NA)
North east River Valley region nestled between the Grand Erien, Casot River, and Durnhall.
Myron dies battling in Trahbeck.
Myron II's Penbrooke invasion was executed to retain his grandfather's honor. He announces that next on his list is Trahbeck, to finish his father's work there.
Myron II falls ill, stalling his Trahbeck invasion planning. He travels under disguise to the Tortund Valley to rest and recover.
Coinciding with Trahbeck's harvest festival, Cyfurrel leads Army II south into Trahbeck.
Cyfurrel and Army II faces no opposition by the initial minor lords encountered in Trahbeck.
Small skirmishes in the Trahbeck woods delay Army II's advance but Cyfurrel's numbers and the troops' experience prove too strong for the Trahbeck opposition. Trahbeck collapses when several powerful southern Trahbeck lords present their swords and services to Myron II via Cyfurrel in surrender even before Cyfurrel and Army II reach their lands.
Vasslow impresses his Army II superiors in combat in Trahbeck and helps to translate during some of the peace negotiations with small time Trahbeck lords.
The King of Trahbeck flees south. He holds out in Durnhall for several years before disappearing farther south, possibly to Anduel.
Army II skirmishes with scattered forces from Enhold. The lord of Enhold was supported by men and supplies from other southern River Valley lords. Nearly 6,000 men from the River Valley Flood Plains battled in Enhold and Trahbeck against Myron II's Army II.
Several thousand soldiers are diverted from Trahbeck to north Ertund to join Myron III.
Vasslow is transferred from Trahbeck to North Ertund under Myron III.
Cyfurrel travels to the Enhold Mountains from his Army II headquarters in Trahbeck to meet up with his soldiers in the Vesop Woods.
Myron III takes his army out of Ertund, leaving only a small garrison, and heads for Trahbeck to make a push into Enhold and connect to Vesop.
Vasslow travels with the Ertund army to Trahbeck.
Myron III joins his Ertund force with the parts of Army II still in Trahbeck.
Frundhul retreats to Trahbeck following Army II's destruction.
A son is born to Vasslow and one of his slaves in Trahbeck.
Myron III overhauls the census system established by his father 18 years prior. Paid officials with the Census Agent title are designated to specific areas while officials with the Census Overseer title are put in charge of regions consisting of many areas each. The Empire is designated into regions consisting of the Midlands, Callouse Marshes, West Penbrooke, East Penbrooke, South Wood, South Wood River Basin, Trahbeck, Imperial Ertund, North Ertund, Ertund, and Greyfield. The Nazreth Valley is exempt from the census. The areas between the South Wood River Basin and Trahbeck are labeled the Imperial Seat, with Myron III acting as the region Census Overseer.
The Callouse Marshes, West Penbrooke, South Wood, South Wood River Basin, Trahbeck, Imperial Ertund, North Ertund, and Greyfield census regions all respond to Myron III's tribute demand. The Ertund census region sens 500 men. The Midlands and East Penbrooke (under Dolle Plateau warlords' control) send no tribute.
A great string of defensive fortifications and walls are built along the southern Enhold River as defense against the Myron Empire. Cyfurrel takes his army into Trahbeck and tries again what started with Myron II: an attempt to take Enhold from Trahbeck.
The first Errfulfel Championship is held in Trahbeck. 260 men participate, many former Imperial soldiers, some existing soldiers, and several River Valley nobles (and 6 Durnhall lords). There is a round of three free for all melees with 100, 100, and 60 participants. The last 10 men standing in the 100 man melees and the last 6 men standing in the 60 man melees are promoted to a one on one direct elimination tournament. The top 8 men are paid 18 Myron marks. The top 4 are paid 36 Myron Marks. The top 2 men are paid 80 Myron Marks. The winner is titled Champion of Errfulfel, paid 100 Myron marks, and given land at Champion's Hold. A native of Trahbeck, Gren of Dermith, wins the championship. Gren served in Imperial Ertund from 1408-1412. The participants use woven reed batons as weapons. Two participants die, several are severely wounded.
Kergin makes it to the direct elimination round of the Errfulfel Championship. He defeats his first opponent, then submits in battle- making it to the top 16.
The Errfulfel Seat is completed in Errfulfel City. It is a fortified palace larger than any before. The palace and accompanying gardens are nearly as large as the original capital of Enhold. The palace even boasts a small zoo of exotic animals from as far away as Jaxillian. The palace houses a temple to the Pantheon deity Trebec (Trehfbeck in Tortund Valley, Febeck in north Drap, Trahbeck in east River Valley) the warrior god, the god of the winter hunt, the Jade god, and the protector of responsibility. The people of Trahbeck also claim Trebec was the first king of their lands. This creates conflict in the empire between the previously dominant Pantheon in competition to the newly widespread Mother Egu tenets.
Under authorization from Gorden the Errfulfel lords in Errfulfel City raise an additional 5,000 professional soldiers out of Ertund, Trahbeck, and some of Durnhall. The new force is sent to join Dornal in the Callouse Marshes after Erwin, located in Imperial Ertund, declines the command citing a desire to soon retire from command.
Lord Grant fortifies the Durnhall Enhold/Trahbeck border with Army X and militia forces.
